Johannesburg-born Nicolle Frazer is the first in 11 generations of her proud South African linage to learn and produce wine. After completing her National Diploma in Agriculture: Viticulture and Oenology at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) she started her professional career at Anthonji Rupert Wyne in 2017 as a laboratory assistant and is now Assistant Winemaker in the La Garonne Red Wine Cellar. For Nicolle, the art and craftsmanship of every bottle produced is the expression and representation of hard work, perseverance and unified teamwork. She is passionate about viticulture & oenology and regards herself as a proud member of South Africa's farming community.
